LA in the Fall

Traveling to LA this fall? Los Angeles is full of things to do. From the museums to the parks, the best shopping in the world and the most delicious food, the choices can be dizzying. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, we’ve pulled together a selection of some of the best things to keep you busy and entertained this fall.

California is known as the home of Disneyland, and many other world-famous amusement and theme parks. While you may think visiting these are summer activities, cooler weather and dwindling lines makes fall the perfect time to visit. Universal Studios Hollywood is especially recommended, as it offers an amazing studio tour, fun rides for all ages, and the entertaining Universal CityWalk.

Another activity perfectly timed for autumn is to go whale watching. The fall months are the time when many whales are making their migration down the California coast, so this time of the year provides a great opportunity to see these beautiful and massive sea mammals up close and personal. There are a number of different tours suited to groups of all sizes and ages, so be sure to do your research first.

September also marks the start of all the best fall activities — from apple picking, pumpkin picking, corn maze exploring, and more. However, this also means a number of summer activities are coming to an end. Take this month to visit the beach, go camping, and do summer-exclusive city things, like attending the final days of the Rooftop Cinema Club.

Happy fall!
