Who Are We?
We are a family owned, family operated shuttle transportation service based out of the Inland Empire. Xpress Shuttles was founded in 2006, as a “last chance” effort. After serving in business management for over 25 years, our founder lost his job during an unavoidable sweep of corporate downsizing. Realizing he was in his mid 50’s and that his chances of landing the position he had held for so long elsewhere were slim to none, he took a leap of faith and started Xpress Shuttles.
It was a success, the business gained popularity and slowly we began to grow. The business became a safe haven for our family, allowing us to help others, while providing for our own families. The founder offered positions to his family members when financial troubles inevitably found them during the economies downfall.
Today, years later we are a stable and reliable family orientated shuttle company. Family to us isn’t just relatives, it’s all of our employees and customers. What started as a few car gig, is now a professional fleet.
What Do We Do?
We offer booked shuttle transportation services to and from Southern California airports including LAX, Ontario, John Wayne, Long Beach, Burbank, Palm Springs and San Diego. We also provide our services to people traveling to, or from the Port of Long Beach and Port of Los Angles World Cruise Centers. We provide door to door service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, rain or shine. No matter where you need to go, we can get you there for a fair price.
What Services Do We Offer?
Door to Door Transportation
Our shuttle service will pick you up and drop you off at the door. We treat all of our customers like family and we don’t leave family standing on the corner. We are a shuttle service, not a taxi service and we believe in common courtesy. With Xpress Shuttles you aren’t a mileage number, you are our guest.
If we are picking you up at an airport, simply turn on your cellphone upon landing and you will receive a message from us providing the information you need to contact your driver. After you inform your driver of your arrival they will pick you up at the door.
What to Worry About When Booking a Door to Door Shuttle Service
Be sure to contact your driver as soon as possible after your flight lands. The faster your driver knows you’ve arrived the sooner he will be waiting at the door to pick you up. If the pick up or drop off location has multiple entry doors, be sure to inform your driver of which one you’ll be using.
